well alrighty then.

So this morning I woke up and weighed 146.6 and decided to stop the juice. Almost 7 weeks of P2 ... and I'm tired of hearing my body tell me that it's ready for a break. I gave in. :)

So that's that. Done with 1 day of no juice but VLCD...2 more to go and eggs on Sunday morning. Does it get better than that? I think not!

So here we go, into P3 land. Wish me luck!

  1. Hey Shawn, is this your 2nd round of hCG? I've been having the same issues, just switched to sublingual to see if I can make a go of it....only lost 7 in 18 days....cheating etc etc....so hopefully this works. I often think I got a bad batch of hCG because the sublingual seems to be working more efficiently.

    Good luck on P3!!!! If you haven't, check out www.elanaspantry.com for great recipes. I bought her cookbook "The Almond Flour Cookbook" which is low carb/low glycemic. It's got some great cookies and things that are tasty!

    I do sublingual and have since R1 ... I LOVE it!

  4. I'm about at the end of P3 and will be starting P4 on Tuesday. I've really enjoy P3, did quite a bit of experimenting really looking forward to eating BREAD!!!! lol.

  6. I think letting your body rest and then starting after the Holidays is such a great idea. I was tempted to tell my doctor I wanted a break (I'm heading into my 10th week) but I want 30 lbs before Dec 5th. :P Motivation. But I'm still much heavier.

    Could it be that maybe your body likes it's new weight? My mom sits around 145-40 and I think she is actually too thin. Or do you noticed 'here has more fat to go'?? I dont' have a 140's body so I have no clue. (I remember I was 140 in Highschool and wore mini skirts. heh)
