new scale

So the new scale is turning out to be my friend. :)

This morning I weighed in at 160.8 where yesterday I was at 162 - 1.2 loss.
I haven't seen anything but .5 and 1 lb losses, I was excited to see some different numbers.

So now I can start adding to my loss ... My LIW was 161 and I'm under that, if only by ounces!

  1. Hey Shawn, hope you like hot spice, this soup really gets my nose running but its my favourite thing to eat while on the protocol:

    chop one med size tomato
    alotted ground beef or chicken breast
    put in a small pot with a little water
    add chilli powder, garlic, dill, salt, pepper, a dash of Cayenne pepper, along with a dash of crushed chillies.

    I just put the spices in to taste... may be too hot for some, but I love having a little flavor and it seems to fill me up pretty good.

  3. ty Blondie! had your recipe for dinner tonight and yummy! i'm sure mine wasn't as hot as you like yours, but felt like chili and definately something different than what i usually eat. TY!
